In Custom Cuts we need to do a skin test on all new colour clients. There is no exception, even if the client has been having their hair coloured for years in different salons.
We would only be able to do a colour service forty eight hours after the skin test, provided there is no reaction.

We generally operate on an appointment basis to ensure every client gets dedicated time with their stylist. However, we occasionally have last-minute cancellation slots available, so we recommend calling ahead or booking online.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with short notice may be subject to a fee.
For most colour services, it’s best to come with unwashed hair (1–2 days since your last wash) so the natural oils protect your scalp. Avoid heavy styling product build-up. For treatments like keratin smoothing, your stylist will give you specific preparation guidelines upon booking.
Yes! We specialise in bridal and occasion hair. We recommend booking a consultation well in advance of your big day to discuss styles, trials and scheduling for the wedding party.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, contactless payments, and cash. You can also purchase gift cards online or in-store.
To preserve your colour, we recommend using professional, sulphate-free shampoos and conditioners tailored to colour-treated hair, such as the Matrix and Kérastase ranges we stock in-store and online, along with regular deep-conditioning treatments.
