Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

A 50% cancellation fee will apply to appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

No-shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the cost of appointment.

Why this policy?

Late cancellations and no-shows cost our stylists time and income, and we often cannot rebook the slot on short notice.

Payment of Fees

The cancellation fee will be charged on receipt of card details or added to your next appointment.
